* Seasons
High Season: July 1 - August 31; Chinese New Year week (3 days before and after);
Easter week (one week before and after the Easter day).
Peak Season: December 20 - January 7

* Minimum rental period
Low Season: 3-nights, High Season: 7-nights, Peak Season: 10-nights

* 50% deposit required to secure a confirmed booking. The balance payment should be settled one month prior to arrival date

The Villa Booking Procedures:
- To ensure book the villa we required your written e-mail as a booking confirmation, and then we will continue send you a pro forma invoice and bank details for a 50% deposit from the total rental outlay due to secure the reservation.
- the balance of payment should be settle prior arrival or at least upon check-in at the villa for regular period.
- but for the Christmas, New Year and high season period that the remaining balance of payment should be settle 45 days prior arrival to the villa.

Check in/out time
- Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00.
- Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 150.00, if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings)In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa on writing
